Cette technologie est au service de l’efficacité aussi bien pour l’expéditeur que pour le client ; elle permet d’éviter la perte ou la détérioration des colis, mais aussi de gagner du temps sans attendre vainement une livraison. La boîte se déverrouille à partir d’une application téléchargée sur son téléphone portable. Une fois utilisée, The Box doit être renvoyée ou déposée dans un point de collecte.
