La solution présentée cette année pousse cette technologie encore plus loin, le robot manipulant davantage de types de marchandises, une étape importante vers l’automatisation complète. RoboShuttle Plus combine les robots RoboShuttle pour le stockage vertical avec des robots de déplacement de bacs P40 et des robots de préparation de commandes P800 qui déplacent des articles de taille moyenne et grande, type racks et étagères.

Geek+ presents RoboShuttle Plus, its new hybrid order picking solution, at SITL

Geek+, a global leader in mobile logistics technology, is exhibiting at SITL in Paris with its latest all-in-one solution, RoboShuttle Plus. This hybrid system organises the picking of bins, shelves and pallets around a centralised workstation.

The warehouse market in France is expanding rapidly with the acceleration of e-commerce and the implementation of new single-channel distribution strategies. Last year, Geek+ deployed more than 1,000 robots with major French retail, logistics and apparel groups.

At last year’s SITL 2022, Geek+ won the prestigious innovation award for the 8-metre high version of RoboShuttle. This year’s solution takes the technology a step further, with the robot handling more types of goods, an important step towards full automation. RoboShuttle Plus combines RoboShuttle robots for vertical storage with P40 bin movers and P800 order pickers that move medium and large items, such as racks and shelves.
