FER-PLAY est un bureau d’études indépendant exclusivement dédié à l’infrastructure ferroviaire, qui accompagne depuis près de 10 ans les entreprises et les territoires pour des missions de MOE complètes et d’AMOA. Ce bureau d’études techniques est expert sur l’ensemble des infrastructures (Voie, Caténaire, Signalisation) et pour tout type de réseau ferré (train, tramway, métro), auprès des organismes privés, industriels ou opérateurs logistiques, comme des institutionnels. FER-PLAY propose des prestations pour développer des solutions techniques à l’attention des interfaces portuaires.

Depuis cinq ans, la société a développé son activité grâce à sa sélection pour plusieurs accords-cadres avec SNCF Immobilier, Réseau et Voyageurs ainsi qu’avec les ports de Bordeaux, La Rochelle ou Dunkerque. Son implantation nationale a également été confortée depuis deux ans avec la création de quatre agences régionales (Ile-de-France, Lille, Tours, Marseille) qui assurent une implantation territoriale forte et plus de proximité avec ses interlocuteurs. 

FER-PLAY est intervenu dans des projets aussi divers que :

• La MOE Travaux pour la régénération de la ligne Laluque-Tartas (pour le compte de la Région Nouvelle Aquitaine)
• Les travaux de maintenance des technicentres industriels de Périgueux et Saintes (pour le compte de SNCF)
• La création d’une future desserte ferroviaire sur le port Seine Métropole Ouest
• Les études de conception PRO dans le cadre des travaux de réhabilitation d’une ITE en vue de la création d’un site portuaire multimodal
• Les études de dé-pollution de sols en sites ferroviaires
• Les études pour la création de Slipways

FER-PLAY: Partner in railway interface projects

At stand P046, visitors to SITL 2025 can meet a facilitator of rapidly growing railway projects.

FER-PLAY is an independent engineering and design office exclusively dedicated to railway infrastructure, which has been supporting companies and local authorities for almost 10 years in comprehensive project management and project support missions. The design office is an expert in all infrastructures (track, catenary, signalling) and for all types of rail networks (train, tramway, metro). FER-PLAY offers services to private organisations, industrial companies and logistics operators, as well as to institutions, to develop technical solutions for port interfaces.

Over the past five years, the company has expanded its business by signing several framework agreements with SNCF Immobilier, Réseau et Voyageurs as well as with the ports of Bordeaux, La Rochelle and Dunkirk. Its national presence in France has also been strengthened over the past two years with the creation of four regional agencies (Ile-de-France, Lille, Tours, Marseille) which ensure a strong territorial presence and greater proximity to its contacts.

The company has been involved in a number of diverse projects:

• The MOE Works for the regeneration of the Laluque-Tartas line (on behalf of the Nouvelle Aquitaine Region)
• Maintenance work on the industrial technical centres of Périgueux and Saintes (on behalf of the SNCF)
• The creation of a future rail service to the Seine Métropole Oues port
• The preliminary design studies as part of the renovation work on an industrial building with a view to creating a multimodal port site
• Soil decontamination studies on railway sites
• Studies for the creation of a slipway
