Au SITL 2026, Logicor, propriétaire, gestionnaire et développeur européen d’immobilier logistique, met en avant RISE 1, premier bâtiment de son ambitieux projet de transformation du site de Garonor, au nord de l’Île-de-France. Ce programme s’inscrit dans une reconfiguration globale du parc, pensée pour répondre aux nouveaux enjeux de la logistique urbaine et du dernier kilomètre.

Développé sur près de 38 000 m², RISE 1 illustre une nouvelle approche de l’immobilier logistique, fondée sur la densification en hauteur et une meilleure gestion des flux. Le bâtiment proposera des espaces modulables sur deux niveaux, incluant des surfaces de stockage, de messagerie et des bureaux, ainsi qu’un niveau de parking.

Le projet intègre également de fortes ambitions environnementales. La toiture sera entièrement équipée de panneaux photovoltaïques et l’ensemble vise une certification BREEAM Outstanding, traduisant une attention particulière portée à la performance énergétique et à la réduction de l’empreinte carbone.

« Cet investissement très significatif reflète notre vision d’un immobilier logistique efficient, multiniveau et attentif à son empreinte écologique ainsi qu’au confort de ses usagers. Le premier bâtiment de RISE sera livré dès 2027 », explique Laurent Dubos, Directeur Général de Logicor France.

RISE 1: Logicor is reinventing urban logistics at Garonor

At SITL 2026, Logicor, a European logistics property owner, manager and developer, is showcasing RISE 1, the first building in its ambitious project to transform the Garonor site north of Paris. This development forms part of a comprehensive reorganisation of Garonor, designed to meet the new challenges of urban logistics and last-mile delivery.

Spanning nearly 38,000 m², RISE 1 exemplifies a new approach to logistics property, based on vertical densification and improved flow management. The building will offer modular spaces across two levels, including storage, courier and office areas, as well as a mezzanine car park.

The project also incorporates ambitious environmental goals. The roof will be fully fitted with photovoltaic panels, and the development aims for BREEAM Outstanding certification, reflecting a particular focus on energy performance and reducing the carbon footprint.

“This significant investment reflects our vision of efficient, multi-storey logistics property that is mindful of its environmental footprint as well as the comfort of its users. The first RISE building will be delivered as early as 2027,” says Laurent Dubos, Managing Director – Head of France, Logicor.
